How to do an assisted pull up close grip

1. Get your knees on the platform and grab the bar with your hands placed close to each other and palms facing forward. 

2. Take a deep breath and pull yourself up by folding your arms while bringing your chin towards the bar. 

3. Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat. 

Tips

1. Keep your back straight, and avoid slouching. 

2. Adjust the weight according to your strength. 

3. Perform the exercise at a slow pace and avoid any jerky movements.
