RYSE Recap - Your Monthly Workout Report
Starting in April 2022 - every RYSE user will receive a monthly report summarizing their prior month’s workouts! We are calling this new feature the RYSE Recap. Bryan and I built the RYSE Recap over the course of 3 days as a lil surprise for the RYSE community.
The recap kicks off with an animated calendar view of your total workouts and rest days logged.
Each recap includes your total workout volume for the entire month along with breakdowns of
# of different exercises
total reps
set counts
# of PRs
After the workout breakdown section, we include a few interesting things like a list of a few of your memorable lifts and top posts throughout the month.
We wanted to make the monthly summary a more exciting and personal experience for the RYSE fam! So the theme/background of the RYSE Recap changes each month along with a few other design elements on the report.
As we learn more from the community through feedback, we hope to add even more interesting data points to the RYSE Recap. Let us know if you have any ideas or things you would like to see included in the recap and be sure to use the share buttons to share your report with your friends!
