How To Create A Workout Goal

Add a workout goal to your profile to help you stay on track. Workout goals can be added as tags to your workout posts to help track your stats as you work to complete your goal.

How to create a new workout goal

From your Profile Page, tap the + Add Goal button. You can add up to 3 goals.

Configure your goal by selecting a type, adding a title, and description. You can also add a cover image for your goal to make it look fancy. Tap Save when you are finished.

Your new goal is now visible on your profile. Tap it to view the goal details.

How to tag workouts towards your goal

Workout goals can be used to organize workouts towards that particular goal. You will get a live summary of all workouts that have been tagged with that goal when you view the goal details page.

To tag a workout towards your goal, tap the goal to add it while logging a workout.

Added goal tags will be visible on the associated workout post. You can tap the tag to view the goal details.
