Workout Duration Timer
The Workout Duration Timer will automatically start when you create a workout log. If you leave a workout draft open for longer than 5 hours, we will automatically set your workout duration to 5+ hrs and stop the auto timer.
How Stop The Duration Timer
If you are finished with your workout but not ready to make your post yet, tap the duration timer to open the settings. Switch on the manually set duration toggle and the duration timer will stop and save the current duration.
How to adjust or edit workout start time
The automatic duration timer is based on your workout start time and date. You can adjust it in the workout details section or from within the Workout Duration settings. To open the settings, tap the duration timer.
Tap the start time date/time display and adjust to the desired start time. The Workout Duration timer will automatically adjust based on the selected date/time.
How To Manually Set Workout Duration

View Workout Duration On Completed Log & Dashboard
The total workout duration will be visible on the complete workout summary screen as well as on the workout posts within the feed. From the Dashboard, you can also view the total workout duration for a range of dates.
We just implemented this feature so we aren’t yet sure how we want to use it. But after we included the estimated workout duration as a stat on 2023 Wrapped, we received a lot of positive feedback about it there, so we built this so we can get a real number and not have to rely on an estimate for next year or future stats reports (monthly, weekly, etc)
