How To Create Custom Workout Routines (Templates)
A Workout Routine ( aka Template) can help you save time when performing the same workout over and over. They are also sharable so you can send them to friends or post publicly accessible links. We have a few default routines available, but we also allow you to create your own custom routines. We allow you to create an unlimited number of custom routines (yup, weβre cool)
How To Create a Workout Routine From Scratch
Open the app main menu and tap the Training button
Tap Created & saved routines
Tap the Create New Custom Routine button on the bottom of the screen
A blank workout routine will be opened.
Add exercises and sets to the routine in the same way as you would for a workout
Tap the Save to workout routines button when you are done modifying it
The routine will be visible in the custom routines list
Routines are public. Anyone can view / use them from your profile or from the direct link.
Save A Workout As A Routine
Another way to create a routine is to simply make one out of an existing workout that you (or someone else) have performed previously.
Tap the β¦ to open the options menu on any post
Tap Save to my routines
The workout is now saved to your custom routines list
