How To Log Supersets / Circuits
An exercise superset (sometimes referred to as a circuit) involves performing two or more exercises back-to-back with no rest in between. This technique is used to increase the intensity of a workout, improve muscular endurance, and save time.
Adding a Superset / Circuit To a Workout / Routine
On the Log Workout / Create Routine screen
Add the exercises that you need for your workout
Open the exercise options menu by tapping the … on the exercise or by swiping the exercise to the right
Tap Superset above / below to create a superset
You can add multiple exercises to a superset. You can also add multiple supersets to a workout / routine.
Rearrange exercises within a superset by using the Move up / down options
Remove an exercise from a superset by tapping Remove from superset
Move an entire superset up / down within a workout by tapping Reorder
