Exercise PR Tracking
PR stands for Personal Record. Your exercise PRs stand for any milestone you’ve achieved by either lifting heavier weight, increasing the amount of reps for a particular weight, or even lifting a higher total volume for all sets of a particular exercise. PRs are a way to measure your progress and performance as you workout.
The most you've ever done for squat was 135 lbs for one rep. When you're able to do a rep at 145 bs, that would be a new PR
You can do three reps of 135 lbs on the bench press. A month later, you're able to do six reps at 135 lbs; that would be a new PR
As you log your exercises in RYSE, we track your stats and will highlight your PRs as you achieve them.
In the above example, I’m logging the Shoulder Press in my workout, and I can see that I have earned a rep PR because I did +2 reps more of 45 lbs than I have ever logged before.
When you earn an exercise PR, it will be highlighted on your completed workout post. On the above example, I had earned 3 PRs in that workout. On my Rear Delt Row, I received a PR for weight, increased 1RM, and also max volume.
