Troubleshooting
RYSE can only import workouts and exercises that have been completed and synced with Apple Health.
If you do not see your exercise or workout in RYSE, open your Apple Health app to see if it is there.
If it is not displayed in Apple Health, check to make sure your watch or external app has syncing set up properly.
In the above example, I used Strava to track a run.
I completed the run in Strava and when I open the Apple Health app, I can see it under Highlights.
When I open RYSE and tap the Apple Health Sync button, I can select that Running log from Strava to import into my RYSE workout log.
