How Do I Adjust the Date of a Workout / Log a Past Workout?

You will get the most benefit from RYSE by logging your workouts while you are actively doing them; however, we allow you to log past workouts.

How To Log A Past Workout

Create a new workout log like you normally would.

  • In the Workout Post Details, tap the displayed date/time to open the editor

  • Set your desired date and time

  • Tap away to close the editor

  • Check that your desired date/time has been set

  • Finish logging the workout and Complete it the way you normally would
